In early 2006, after a horrible first year at college, I discovered Parkour, and my life changed forever. What followed I can only say sometimes feels like a dream and I continue to surprise myself, 4 years later.
I am a recent graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where I am currently employed as a Personal Trainer. I hold a Bachelor’s of Science, despite my spending three years learning to sculpt the classical figure out of clay, wax, and molten iron and bronze. My final year was spent studying anatomy and physiology.
Professionally, I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a boys gymnastics coach, a figure model, and a teacher of multiple forms. Currently, in conjunction to my for-pay employment, I also founded and run the Rochester Parkour community.
