Rochester Parkour is a community based organization founded in 2007 by Zachary Cohn and Charles Moreland. Through their efforts, they have managed to bring parkour training to the masses by offering free weekly instruction to people of all ages for free.
Since the beginning, it has remained one of the largest weekly recurring outdoor jams hosting everyone from kids, high schoolers, college folk, moms and dads, and also senior citizens.
Rochester Parkour has been listed numerous times in the media through newspapers and tv spots in an attempt to broaden its message of personal development.
Our prime location is Manhattan Square Park, located on the corner of Court and Chestnut St. right next to the Strong Museum of Play. For any further inquiries about training times and schedule, please refer to our website.
